A proud native, Gary graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1964 and served as a 1st Lieutenant in the Kentucky National Guard. His love for his community is only surpassed by his love for his wife, Lucia, and their daughter, Angel.

Gary is a seasoned professional with nearly three decades in the real estate industry. Since joining the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors (LBAR) in 1998, he has consistently been a top producer, a distinction he's held since 1993. His areas of expertise include residential, farm, commercial, and investment properties.

Gary's designations include ABR, SFR, CREN, and MRP. For 27 years, he has been a trusted agent with Rector Hayden Realtors, leveraging his substantial experience in Planning & Zoning and Land Development.

His community service includes a six-year appointment to the Motor Carrier Advisory Board by the governor, co-founding the Jessamine County Educational Foundation and serving as its past president. He has also served on the Jessamine County Board of Appeals, the Jessamine County Comprehensive Plan committee, and as a longtime director of Jessamine County KY Farm Bureau. He's a past director and charter member of Camp Nelson Heritage Park.
